Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days (except holidays), unless otherwise noted (such as for preorders). 

There may be rare occasions where shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, weather, etc). Any planned changes to the shipping schedule will be noted here and also shared in our Facebook group.

Due to the COVID19 outbreak, there may be unexpected shipping delays out of our control.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping is available domestically, and to Canada. The rate is calculated based on weight and location. We offer the option of USPS or UPS. Please note USPS Priority Mail does offer some insurance - see here for more info.

Free shipping to U.S. for all orders over $150.

Due to the frequently changing nature of international shipping restrictions, we have suspended overseas shipping for now but will reconsider this in the future. 

Customs and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not charged or paid by Krunchy Kulture. Order value will not be adjusted on customs declarations and will be marked as merchandise (not gift).

 

Combined Shipping

If placing multiple ready-to-ship orders within the processing time (before shipping) using the same account, they will be automatically combined to ship together and you will be refunded any shipping overcharge. If the multiple orders to be combined each have different postage options selected (i.e. USPS for the first, UPS for the second), we will automatically choose the cheaper option to ship unless contacted prior to shipping.

Preorders

Certain items are listed as a preorder with a specified completion timeframe before the order ships. Any order that includes both a preorder and a ready-to-ship (RTS) item will all ship out together once the preorder is completed; so if wanting a RTS sooner than the preorder timeframe, please order separately.

Shipping Address

The shipping address on an order cannot be changed once an order is placed. Please utilize mail forwarding if needed if you are moving during the time your order ships. Double check your shipping address before completing your order. 

Shipment Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number that is emailed to the customer upon shipping the order. Once the package has been scanned by the postal service, Krunchy Kulture is no longer responsible for the shipment, including lost, stolen or damaged packages. Contact the postal service (either USPS or UPS) directly if you have an issue with your shipment.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Krunchy Kulture, the customer will be contacted via email and offered the items to be resent after shipping address is corrected and confirmed and the customer pays for the actual shipping cost for resending. If the customer does not respond to this request within 7 days or does not want the package resent, they will be refunded their order minus the actual shipping label cost of the original shipment.
